These Terms of Service govern your use of LeadHaul's services and website at leadhaul.co.uk. By purchasing our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
LeadHaul is a marketing services business operated as a sole trader in England and Wales. Contact us at hello@leadhaul.co.uk.
2. Our services
LeadHaul provides done-for-you marketing services for UK removals and relocation companies, including but not limited to:
- SEO and content marketing
- Social media content creation and scheduling
- Google Ads and Meta Ads management
- Google Business Profile management
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Marketing audits and gap analysis
- AI voice receptionist setup and management
- Website design and development
- Review generation systems
- Email outreach and autoresponse setup
The specific services included in your plan are set out on our pricing page and confirmed in your onboarding documentation.
3. Starter package — one-time purchase
7-day delivery guarantee: If we do not deliver the full Starter package (marketing audit, GBP optimisation, SEO report, 3-month content calendar, and 90-day plan) within 7 days of receiving your completed onboarding information, you are entitled to a full refund.
The Starter package is a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment. Delivery is subject to receipt of all required information from you via the onboarding questionnaire. The 7-day period begins when we confirm receipt of your completed onboarding information.
4. Monthly retainer plans
Monthly retainer plans (Essential, Core, Growth, and Full System) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By purchasing a monthly plan, you agree to the following:
Minimum term: Monthly plans have a minimum term of one month. You may cancel after your first month with one month's written notice to hello@leadhaul.co.uk.
Month one guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service after your first month, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first month's payment, provided you notify us within 7 days of the end of your first billing period.
Cancellation after month one: You may cancel your plan at any time after your first month by giving one month's written notice. Your service will continue until the end of the notice period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Payment: Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a monthly plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are as stated on our website at the time of purchase.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' written notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your plan without penalty during the notice period.
5. Your responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Complete our onboarding questionnaire accurately and in full
- Provide access to relevant accounts (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media) within 7 days of signing up
- Respond to our enquiries within 5 working days
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your services, service area, or business
- Ensure you have the right to use any materials (logos, images, content) you provide to us
We are not responsible for delays or reduced performance caused by your failure to provide required information or access on time.
6. Intellectual property
Content we create for you — including social media posts, blog articles, ad copy, and marketing materials — becomes your property upon full payment for that period's services.
Our systems, processes, templates, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of LeadHaul.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your brand materials (name, logo, colours) solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
7. Paid advertising
Where we manage Google Ads or Meta Ads on your behalf:
- Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta — it is not included in our management fee
- We are not responsible for results achieved from paid advertising, as performance depends on factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes
- We will always seek your approval before making significant changes to ad spend or campaign structure
- You retain ownership of all ad accounts at all times
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific results from marketing activities, as performance depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHaul's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from our services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, client data, or commercial details to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver our services (e.g. to platform providers).
We do not work with more than one removals company in the same geographic area. However, we may work with other removals companies in different areas, and general knowledge gained from working in the sector may inform our approach with all clients.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement immediately by written notice if the other party:
- Commits a material breach of these terms that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice
- Becomes insolvent or enters administration
- Engages in unlawful conduct
On termination, we will provide you with all content and materials created during the engagement that have been paid for in full.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
